Palm Sunset makes its Debut

Palm Sunset makes its Debut

Aug 18, 2022, Thurs — Big day running around like a chicken with my head cut off (how’s that for a dated expression?). Winding up with the Enjoy radio interview and now watching as Palm Sunset makes its debut. And looks on its way to breaking all my social media records! For Facebook anyway. Instagram has become a new wannabe TiKTok, so they no longer give preference to still images. It’s all about reels and videos. Kind of sickening. And ad after ad after ad. I’m starting to feel like FB, thought to be the fuddy duddy, is where the real sentiment still lives. IG has become super commercialized as Meta desperately tried to compete with TikTok.

Anyway, it’s a been a fun way to end the day, tending all the wonderful compliments. It’s amazing how the image of a palm tree and a sunset gets everyone excited. I shouldn’t be so surprised, but somehow I always am. I have huge resistance to these cliche subjects, but maybe I need to get over myself.

The Enjoy Radio show went by in a flash! 15 minutes felt like 7. Seemed like it went pretty well. I was definitely relaxed. We’ll see what I think when I listen to the replay.

Ended up getting my Pilates class in. Ashley got me in the hour before. I’m so sore from Tuesday, and she pounded me again, today. I love her so much. Her classes are the best! Body, mind and soul nourishment.

Hopefully will sleep tonight. Big day tomorrow going to Sacramento for image capture, then over to M’s where I will take her to pizza at Grana’s, then to a tour of the Terraces. This is huge for her! I’m looking forward to the drive (if you can believe that) so I can catch up with friends on the phone.

Palm Sunset makes its debut today on FB. Enjoy it here as well!
