Celebrating 100 Votes

Aug 26, 2022, Fri — Well, yesterday’s “get those votes” worked out! So tonight I am celebrating 100 votes. I took a trip Macy’s where I sought out a signature perfume for myself. Pretty fun, right? And something I’ve never done. I’ve been given a few perfumes over the years, Opium, Coco Chanel, Tom Ford, but never could sort out what I liked myself. But this time, I’m not in a hurry. We sprayed a number of contenders onto paper cards and I’m back home now to see how they smell in a couple of hours. So different now than when they were freshly sprayed!

Right now it’s between My Burberry (Steffie’s professional recommendation), Dolce & Gabbano’s Light Blue (my hairdresser and niece’s), and Giorgio Armani’s Aqua di Gioia (the gal at Macy’s). I like all three! Two I have sprayed on opposite wrists as well, the Burberry and the Aqua.

I will let you know the winner tomorrow. I know you will be dying of suspense by then.

So much fun celebrating 100 votes. My wonderful peeps came through. Thank you each and all! And more peeps will be voting in the next few days which will give some cushion in case votes drop off.

Tomorrow I putting the rest of my landscape art onto Fine Art America. Maybe the roses, too, if I can figure out how to edit the order. Then I’m ready for FAA to flag my page — a perk for getting 100 votes, whether you win the contest or not.

Also tomorrow, the NVAL show is coming down at 3PM. Crossing fingers for a last minute sale. But even without that, the show has brought something fun into my life. I’ll share later…  Let’s just say that fun something is going to help take the show down and take me to sushi afterward.

Now you are really in suspense!! Please calm yourself down with an original. I recommend the calming yet stimulating energy of Hidden Beach.
